McPherson Public Schools is excited to announce our district's new endeavor to better serve local students. Beginning in the 2023-24 school year, McPherson Public Schools is offering a virtual program for select 9th-12th grade students.
This program will provide a unique, local touch to the virtual school option.
Slots in this program will be limited. Students who may be a good fit include those who are familiar with a virtual school program and have a history of success, those who are medically fragile and unable to attend in person and individuals who struggle with a traditional, in-person setting but are highly motivated, self-directed and have strong family support.
Full time students will receive a laptop as a part of the program. Other benefits include tailored coursework, interactive lessons and flexible schedule options.
